WW 2 Jap 6.5 military parts

Have just come across a World War Two Japanese military rifle in amazingly good condition overall, but missing the cartridge magazine..... anyone having, or knowing anyone who has, please, this is an APB to find such a critter. I have learned the gun isn't worth a whole lot, but without this is basically a heavy billy club, or a single shot hand-loader. Anyone? Since this is not for a major component that comprises a "firearm" under federal definitions, I will also be posting in the WTB OR section, as there are no restrictions on exchange of such bits. So is it a Type 99,or a Type 38 ?
I am going to guess it is an Arisaka,correct ?
If so,and depending on the model i may have some parts stashed.
This may help you ID it.
