Tennessee Arms hybrid polymer lower receiver with a Palmetto State Armory false (mid length gas system) dissipator upper with Magpul rifle length foregrip and stainless steel 5.56mm barrel with 1 in 7 twist. Also has as part of the build:
-Aero Precision lower parts kit (minus trigger assembly)
-Right to Bear enhanced nickel teflon plated trigger assembly
-Magpul fixed carbine stock
-Magpul M2 30 round standard capacity magazine
-standard USGI-type pistol grip

Forgot to add, it also has a VG6 Episilon muzzle device and a UTG fixed super slim rear sight.

Just want to throw in that I have a few of the Tennessee Arms Hybrid lowers and they are solid pieces.... not what you would typically think of when you see a poly lower on an AR...

Probably about 1k rounds through mine without a single issue with the lowers.

What is a false dissipator upper?

It looks like a true dissipator, which has a rifle length gas system, but has a more reliable in that barrel length midlength gas system. The original dissipator design was based on the rifle length gas system.

Ok gotcha. So there is a low pro gas block under the hand guard behind the FSB, just like a Kino configuration.
