Reason for selling? It has become a bit of a safe queen; getting out only twice this year. I tried selling in Dec 2013 and received several calls I would characterize as cranks or harrassing. Gave up selling, but have decided to try again.
I am located in the East Hill Kent area and will travel a reasonable distance to meet at your FFL.
