Its in great condition and I believe it to be a first year production as the sn# start at 2,000. The older ones had more GI Parts on them. Its in really great condition. I have a zip tie around the oiler to keep it in. Im not looking for trades on this one. Price is $850 and I will split the cost of a transfer. Located in Elma, Washington

Notice the ad says :
"the older ones had more GI parts on them".
( which is true , if one were to look up Universal Carbines )
Nothing was said about it being a actual GI issue Carbine.
