I have a all Colt 16" with bolt carrier and charging handle, made for LE market between 94-04. I know because I bought it and sold the Colt Lower with LE marking later, has bayonet lug and flash hider, this is the flat top with the front sight housing. Not an M4. Will put on gunbroker at end of week if no interest. estimated less than 3K rounds on it. With an EOTECH I have shot 1.0" groups at 50 yards with it with Federal 55 grain XM193. It is all Colt and Colt gray finish 1:9 TWIST $450 CASH

I also have a NOVESKE N4 lower with LMT parts kit installed and an ACE skelton stock and Mag pul MOE grip in black.... unfired. $350 CASH
