Brand new vintage seat redone by Urban Upholstery. 1981 Era Washington License Plate with original 1981 license tab, registered as a collector vehicle this is a street legal license plate, and requires NO annual or ongoing registration fees. No lowballs, if it doesn't sell for what I have into it I will just store it, not a desperate seller. 1 small dent on the tank as noted in the photos, you will be hard pressed to find a better looking XL. *Clean title in hand*
