Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
How much do you want to spend?
The MAK is going to cost you $400 if the seller is nice and $1000 if he's not
The Norinco 56 or Polytech is going to cost you an arm and a leg...probably a nut too the way things are going now.
Check gun broker to get a feel for what you are up against with the question posed.
I am aware of the cost. My SKS wants a sister. I want to stay with 7.62 so I can feed both from the same supply. I wouldnt mind a .223 sporter if the price was decent. Around here the cheapest I've seen MAK90s going is 800 so far. I would like to stay under 1k but if the deal is right for a 56 I will possibly budge that budget.
