I have a question. Have you ever seen a sub-sonic .223 round?

I was doing load development for my AR15, and was gradually reducing the charge, when I was lucky enough to be told that if I used a lighter charge - my cartridge would detonate (instead of doing a controlled burn) and explode like a hand grenade.

Just curious.
