WTB Ruger 10/22 action

I am looking to buy a 10/22 receiver/ trigger unit to build a new rifle on. I know that they are hard to come by but it doesn't make sense to buy the whole rifle if I am tearing it apart any way. I don't care if it ugly as long as it works. Please email me if you have one (or a beat up pos 10/22 you want to get rid of) you want to get rid of. I can trade carpentry labor or a custom dog house or cash. Thanks,
