I'm looking for a MSAR E4, 20" barrel, prefer black but OD acceptable.

I'd prefer to buy either privately or from an Oregon FFL/shop (support local businesses and all that) but if I'd get a much better price buying from out of state and having shipped to a local FFL that'd be ok too...

I'm in Washington county so that's preferred, but I don't mind going for a drive if I have to.
