WTB Lefty Bolt in 308. Savage Axis? Ruger? Marlin?

I've never hunted anything but birds. next year going hunting for deer/elk/Sasquatch/LGM's.
I have been looking for something rugged, cheap, accurate, if needed shoot 400yrs ( highly doubt i ever will) and also cheap.
I have seen Axis 308 go new for 310 at wally world. so hoping to find one or something similar for $200. maybe more if its nice and better.
