If you are not strictly needing Colt but rather going for the repro angle, These PSA M4 and 'US Property" marked lowers are pretty trick. They also have blems for $50.

They also have "M4 Carbine", "M16A2", and "M16A4" marked lowers.
I wanted lowers marked like these 10 years ago and am surprised it took someone so long to do it! I have an "M16A2" one at my FFL right now to get pickedup, got it from another forum member here actually.
