WTB: AR-7 Target (Bull) Barrel

So I order a 16.25" heavy barrel from ar-7.com, and the knuckleheads send me one that's exactly 16.00" long, which is useless for NFA, because after threading the target crown it would make the whole thing 15.94" long.

Anybody out there got a for-real 16.25" heavy barrel for my AR-7? It's worth the same $85 to me that the new one is, provided it's actually AS-ADVERTISED. Heck, I'll pay $110 if it's already threaded. Anybody?
