WTB: AR - $1000 & Complete upper

I have $1,000 to spend on an AR. .223/5.56. Not looking for a $3k rifle, or your $800 weapon that you want $2,500 for. Don't send me a PM saying, "I have this weapon for $xxxx." unless you would like to sell it for $1,000.

Also looking for a complete upper, under $500, as I can currently get them for $500 brand new. .223/5.56.
