Would this spin your rotor.... or price too much..?

Any thoughts on this set up...! A pristine Harrington and Richardson M12 with Jap Tasco Unertl style 20x scope. Stock like a 4X4 and a 28" barrel that probably shoots lights out. But is it worth $1,250..?
Not going to buy, but interested in opinions. I love accurate 22's and have a few.
