    I don't know about Washington, but here in Oregon burglary of a dwelling is justification for use of lethal force.

    Hi ATCclears,
    I was just saying in an other Thread. I would do the same hold them for Law Enforement, but if I was attack I would have done the same thing.
    We need more people to take a stand. Please with just my $0.02

    hopefully that will teach them a lesson, I got broken into about 5 years ago and im still pissed about it because none of my possessions were ever found and my insurance wouldn't cover it because I lived in the house that I rented it to. I should have purchased renters insurance on top of my house insurance. stupid me...
