Cannot Reproduce Wont post pictures

I have ran into a issue where I cannot post a picture.
What I then have to do is pull up the picture, screen shot, crop the picture, then post the picture of the picture. That's the work around.
Suddenly started Saturday I believe.
Used the same method to post pictures I've always used.
