"She" will never serve on a Boat Team for real, that duty would chew her up and spit her out in no time flat! We had the same thing in CSAR, couple women tried to take the quals challenge to earn the right to train, didn't happen, simply lacked the physical strength to do what was required day in and day out! When 99% of dudes in great physical shape cannot complete the trials, let alone training, the odds are pretty stacked against a woman completing that! More power to them if they can hack it, but it hasn't happened yet in the more then 30 years I have been involved in that world!
