Does anyone know a trick on how to remove the barrel of Winchester Model 94?
It didn't want to budge and bent my homemade frame wrench. Thanks.

Maybe cut your handle off and go with a big pipe wrench if the wood and flats are TIGHT.

I'm no expert but I think you are going to want good even pressure across the surface of the jig.

Or just buy one from Brownells?

Yea....I'm going to make another one with something more sturdy.
The one I have now was able to unscrew the barrel on a Ruger Blackhawk but apparently, the Winchester rifle is much much tighter.

Fully supporting the interior of the receiver is highly recommended.

A squished receiver is not on the list of fun things to correct.
