Hello, looking to trade my Winchester model 70 featherweight in 270win for a nice varmint rifle! Looking for a savage varminter in 204 Ruger mainly but open to 22-250, 223 or similar cartridges, prefer wood stocks but open to chassis guns as well. Guns in amazing shape no longer has a scope just rings and bases. Im willing to travel within reason for the right trade thanks.

  1. I agree to the classified rules and terms of service
In my opinion, these Featherweights are probably the most esthetically pleasingly designed rifles Winchester ever made, and this one in the most classic Winchester caliber ever. No centerfire varminters in my stable for trade, or we'd be talkin'. I DO have a tricked-out fat-barreled Savage 17HMR... :)

I definitely do agree with you of all the rifles I've owned this is probably in my top 5 for favorite! Unfortunately I had the opportunity to shoot a savage model 25 thumbhole varmiter in 204 Ruger on a rat hunt this weekend and fell in love with it! I'm more interested in centerfire than rimfire as I already have a two .17hmr and a 17wsm

Any interest in a trade for a really nice 1958 K98 Mauser in 25-06 with ammo?
The only reason I'm letting it go is because I like my 270s better.
Refinished stock, bedded action, floated barrel. Douglas #4 23 in barrel. Not quite a target barrel but definitely thick and stout.
The brand is "Flaig's ACE". Good maker from the 50s, great and accurate rifle.
