I have a Win Model 12 20g (1914 mfg.) with a safety that will not engage. I'm thinking the plunger & spring need to be replaced but my Craftsman 1/16 punch is too large to fit the hole in the crossbar which allows access to them. Anyone done this repair who can advise me?
