Remove mag, pull bolt to rear, look at the bottom side of the top of the reciever, There will be a mark if the recall is done. Or pull the bolt apart and post pics.

If it hasn't been done You can do the work yourself, Winchester will send you the parts for free IF someone hasn't already claimed it on that rifle.
They track these by serial number. Just because it is on Winchester's list doesn't mean it's been done but for certain it means the parts were sent out to the owner or smith at one time. Not all repaired rifles have marks. If the repair hasn't been done but the recall has been claimed then going forward the repair would be at the owners expense.
