Winchester Lever Action Model 64 30-30 1951

Looking to sell this to fund a project. I've had this rifle for a while, bought it used on consignment years back. Unknown round count, but in incredible condition for its age. It is a pre 64 model made in 1951 based off the serial number. It has a peep sight that was on it when I purchased it. I've cleaned it meticulously and fired maybe under 100 rounds through it myself. Always kept in an air conditioned clean space wrapped in a gun sock. Looking for around $1200 or best offer. All ammo I have will be included. The only trade I might be interested in would be another lever gun in 45-70 with some ammo included.
