Winchester Model 1886 made in 1889.
Chambered in .45-70
Great wood
26" 1/2 octagon 1/2 round barrel
Great bore
Buckhorn sights with elevator as well as a Lyman rear tang peep sight
Metal is in decent shape, but has been refinished/reblued.
Overall good condition and an addition to any collection
S/N 29XXX
$1,700 o.b.o. This is WAY less than I've seen any antique Winchester 1886's sell for online, even refinished/reblued ones.
