Why is all the .22 sold out?

Stopped yesterday at a BiMart in Madras, OR, a young fella picked up the 6 remaining bricks of .22 when the firearm counter lady told him that he could only take 2. When he put 4 back, I scooped up two.

There's a shortage, because when Armageddon hits, .22 will kill animals, and our big rifles will be left for other stuff.

They had nothing as of last night

i was there last night getting rings and bases for my .270, there was a fair amount of single boxes on an end-aisle shelf near the archery counter.
