No, because then it would fall under the legal definition of an SBR. Without the stock and with a length of over 26" it falls into a non-specific class that doesn't fall under any of the restrictions.

It is very addictive....it all starts with just picking up a lower, just in case, then the lpk, then the stock and before you know it, you have another complete rifle, sometimes before you are picking up that next just in case lower. 5.56 is only the beginning, I just finished a .308 build......hum, what next....

It is an Apex CNC Machine forend. I really like it and will be using them more on future builds, you can add rails where there are slots, I added one on top full length and a 2" one for the bipod. They easily mount on a standard barrel nut and the grip is very comfortable. They are located in White City OR.
