why can i no longer post in classifieds?

im confused, my create post button is now gone when i got to classifieds section,,,,,,, why have i lost this?

Make sure to only go to the main subsection, if you click on a State, then the button will disappear. For example, "Forum" - "Handgun Classifieds" - if you click on "Handguns in Oregon", it will disappear.

To add on to what solv3nt said, I'm pretty sure that this is because subsections by state are really searches/filters. This why you can't make a new thread.
