Who makes the best MRE's

There IS a "best" MRE???? I echo the comments above, great for short term survival but the high calorie count and expense make them not a great choice for long term. Lots of better cheaper sources out there, so go over your plans and logistical requirements, storage space etc. and make a choice from the alternatives. I have MREs in the vehicle BOBs I have made up, but only a few days worth.

I would say a better punishment would be to feed said squad a double portion of that meal and then have the "inventor" locked in with them in a small room for the rest of the day.
