Who is the baddest movie villain?

The "Head on a stick" scene is the worse thing I have ever seen in a movie.It actually made me queasy.

Guy was freaking nuts and about as creepy as you can get.........

I keep hoping DeNero somehow escapes at the end of Heat every time I watch it, and he never does
However Kevin Spacey as Verbal Kent/Keizer Sosce takes the win for me. That movie blew my mind the first time I saw it


And nobody try and get on me for a "spoiler alert" there is not a reasonable expectation for that on a 17yr old movie...

Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber in the original Die Hard was amazing, BUT..

guy I hated most: Christopher Walken in "At close range."

John Malkovich (GREAT Actor)

+1 - and while not really a 'villain' part he was most excellent as 'Lenny' in the remake of 'Of Mice And Men' with Gary Sinise. Also a great villain as Cyrus 'The Virus' in ConAir.
