Which handguard for a Bushmaster A3?

I'm new to AR's so I have some questions:

I have a Bushmaster A3 with a standard handguard. Does anybody know of a handguard with rails that fits well?

My second question as a noob is, do I just pull back on the Delta ring, pop out the old handguard and put in the replacement?

Any special tools needed other than a gun vise?
