Where to get Wiley-X RX lenses?

I use Wiley-X Sabers for shooting glasses and now that I need an RX to see want to get the insert. I have a current RX from my eye doc but he doesn't do these and didn't know who did.

So, I was wondering if anyone knew of someone in the PDX area (as far south as Wilsonville or as far north as Vancouver) that does these...or better yet a place online where I could get this RX done?
