Where to buy Rem 700 SA?

I'm ready to purchase an action for my 6.5x47 build. I have everything but the action and bottom metal. Where can i get the best deal on a short action remington 700 with a standard bolt face? Cabelas, walmart, Sportsmens, xxx gun shop? I don't make it to the big city much and I'm looking to buy this weekend while i'm in Portland. I think a BDL would be cheaper in the long run but an ADL would force me into better bottom metal.

What do you think?

It's cheaper to buy the gun. Bi mart has the ADL, yes ADL, for $350.

Yes if it's for a project rifle, just wait for the cheapest 700 SA to come on sale, which will most likely be an ADL. Everything on the gun is going to get replaced anyway. Also, check the classifieds and gun shops that sell used rifles.
