Where to buy Left Hand Savage Axis??

Does anyone know where you can pick up a left hand Savage Axis? I am looking for one in .223. Can't find one online, do any stores carry them? Last I heard was they should be out in early 2012..

Call or visit your LGS (or Walmart) with the manufacturers item number for the specific rifle, and they can see if any of their distributors have one in stock. Most of the large firearms distributors provide no public access, so you're really working in a limited environment when you just poke around on-line.
