Im trying to save some money. I dont want to buy a 25 ton press and the blank bending jig. We just bought a house and money is tight. titonritz i am more than capable of building an AK.

I'm trying to grasp exactly what you're looking for... Are you are looking for an AK receiver that has the front and rear tunions riveted w/barrel and FSP pressed in, rails spot welded, and FCG in place? If so, the only thing missing is the top cover, BCG, and furniture... That's almost a complete AK, and unless you find a private transaction you are looking at an FFL/SOT type of transaction... if I'm reading your wants correctly, that is.
