Russian Izzy 5.45 mags. 43 and 50 are the mold numbers, the ink stamp is a proof mark, and the etched numbers are some kind of rack numbers.
 
As said before, arsenal stamp (Izhmash), and mold numbers. The square and the number on top are inspector and acceptance markings I think. Could be wrong.

The mold mark is to make it easier to check for problems if a bunch of mags with a certain mood number are having problems. Once a certain number is made under one mold, they change to a new mold number. Generally higher means newer, but as always there's exception to rules. Later on some mold numbers had cyrillic characters attached.
