I got ya'll beat. These rifles with grenade launchers are the most tacticool rifles ever.

And one of them has the flash hider and is all black, which according to antigun folk makes it so po po can't see you.

Not saying she isn't as nuts as every other woman, but she got tired of being embarrassed by his bimbo of the month club.
And on that side of the coin, she was right and he was wrong... the sword cuts both ways, just like Tiger Woods trading Elin Nordegren's "filet mignon" for for porn-star hamburger. Seriously, having seen the gals he traded her in on (ALL of them)... WTF was he smoking?!

Some of you sound older than I am. I got a job and I like to put **** on my rifle after payday. You don't like it, don't stand in front (you actually can because it's not sighted in).
Tacticool is just a different version of computer nerds. Just not as smart. It's good for the economy so don't hate. Buy local.

At the end of the day , its your rifle put what you want on it.
That said ...
Do you have a use for said item?
Is said item actually useful for you and how you shoot?
Is said item something that is attempting to take the place of a skill that you could learn or master?
Just asking questions that I think you should ask yourself , before buying a item to add to your rifle.

This argument can go on for months to much is ugly and it doesn't need to be flashy to function. For god sake I just want to protect my family and have some fun at the range! Don't need all the BS:confused:

I don't see it as an argument, just people expressing their opinions. Hopefully I will be observant enough to learn something from one of you.

I guess I'm not very tacticool. My AR's are fitted with sights and/or optics and that's it. No vertical foregrips, no lights, no lasers, no extra gadgets. I like my AR on the lighter side, without a big bulky rail (weight) up front. I don't use an AR for CQB/Home Defense, which is the only time I'd consider adding a light (maybe a laser). I guess that makes me a less tactical kind of guy - and I'm okay with that ;)

Oh, you wanna see tactica**holery? Get a load of what I was blasted with here after a case where I requested advice, got none, came back and posted my own research so others in my position could benefit:
Optic suggestions for an AR pistol with CASV?

it's m4carbine... If it doesn't say Colt, BCM, KAC, and I forget the other one the moderators sell YOU'RE GUNNA DIE. IT WILL FAIL YOU AS SOON AS YOU NEED IT!!! A PSA WILL KILL YOU WHILE YOU ARE SLEEPING!!!

Only a few guys there I bother to read anymore. Michael Bell is one of them.
