I'm guessing the poor thing will soon be consigned to the closet in your home, or hidden in the trunk of your car.

===================================================================

The trunk of your car would be perfect for it, definitely not something you take on a hike.

It appeared to be of decent quality, and I love the thought/innovation that went into it, probably just a little less useful then a Leatherman, which would be great.

Definately would not use as an ax with the poor welds on the shovel head and light gussets. I see the head flying off after a few chops, rather just carry a small camp/pack ax from Gerber or the like for that chore.

It's a tool for the rig not hiking,so you can get a shovel for around $20 and a crowbar for another $6? But I have about 4-5 of each,so for $100 it's not gunna fly off the shelf.

whoops! thought this thread was going to be about Obama! :)

If so "tool" is misspelled!!

Eight U.S. Presidents have been NRA members. They are: Ulysses S. Grant,
Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, Dwight D. Eisenhower,
John F. Kennedy, Richard M. Nixon, Ronald Reagan and George Bush

80 MILLION gun owners didn't shoot anyone today, a few criminals did!

after using many E-Tools,,,,They all suck!
Buy a $10 shovel and cut off the handle at 20"
Pick-Matock do the same. Better tools, 1/3rd the price and almost the same weight!
