Just one, tough. I'd have to lean on my .30-06 Savage 114; old fashioned and like a nice, checkered walnut stock. You can find ammo just about anywhere. You can reload from 110gr up to 220 grain and take any animal on the North American continent with it.

I'd grab my Noveske SPR. Good to 800+ yards and light enough to sling. Ammo is easily carried too.
