There's more than a few factory uppers I wouldn't mind impulse buying. Must resist!

Must be all gone?!?

Got a sweet deal the other day on a 6-9" Harris bipod (SBRM) so I bought 3 more and now all my rifles have a Harris on them. Then I got a gg&g Harris bipod adapter for my last impulse buy a Ruger SFAR 20" 308. Really diggin the vibes still need to swap out the stock tho.

6 boxes of this that were on the shelf at BiMart last night.
They were out of the 9mm stuff I went in for, so I had to scratch that itch.

Tough decision between this or another Hi-Point.

Just hope the wife likes it, especially after telling her it could have been a Hi-Point...

I would have the 40 inch version of that every time!
We have a smaller 20 inch version of it up all year round.

I have a smaller one, 10"? that is on display year round.

(let's see where that one goes...)

Never planned on owning a 320 don't really like the idea of a gun going off when it's dropped but this was too good of a deal to pass up even if I end up reselling it I'd still make my money back plus some. But this is definitely an impulse buy.

If it was manufactured after August 2017 it is the updated version and you're good to go . :)

  • Upgrade: The upgrade reduces the weight of the trigger, sear, and striker, and adds a mechanical disconnector.
  • Availability: Owners can return their original model P320s (Feb. '14 to July '17) to Sig Sauer at no cost to have the upgrade installed. Some gun shops still sell the original P320s.

You can't have too many .22's, Part 2.

These are a well-proven, useful design. Everybody ought to have one.

When I see these for sale, I always wonder, "why would somebody sell one?" Two main reasons as I see it. (1) The usual, they are skint for money. (2) The gun got so dirty that it wouldn't shoot anymore.

I stopped by the range on my way home today and fired both of these. Both had issues that I've since corrected. Here is what one of them looked like inside:

The barrel / receiver was worse. These things will shoot for a long time when dirty, but not forever. When I see the take-down lever on the back strap without scratches around it, I figure: (1) Somebody knew how to take it apart and put it back together properly, or and more likely, (2) The gun has never been taken apart for cleaning.

Both guns came with original magazines which I didn't like, so I put new mags in them. Both have series 100 frames.
