What's the point of "off topic"?

    Exactly as it sounds, what' the point of having an "off topic" section if it's going to get moderated due to breaking rule #1?

    look in the "off topic" section and it contains all kinds of subjects that have are still open without firearms included

    Is this a real question? There's plenty of off topic things to discuss. The problem is when it devolves into something political, which it usually does because someone decides to jump in with a comment like "You're hungry for baloney? Blame the liberals!" and then that statement gets countered and debated and the harmless thread about baloney gets closed. It's not that hard to figure out. Talk all you want about your processed meat, just keep the politics of your meat out of it. o_O

    what about most of the topics in "off topic" is what we are getting at. it seems like the mods just pic and choose. mostly the one that cant see.
