If you sent in a Form 1 you'll need:
You name or name of your trust, corp, LLC, etc.
Serial number

If you sent in a Form 4 you'll need:
The name of the seller/dealer or seller's/dealer's trust, corp, LLC, etc.
Serial number
You name or name of your trust, corp, LLC, etc.

I hope they tell you that they mailed the approved form back to you or your dealer yesterday.

Thanks for the info. "Went pending Oct. 29th and will take approximetely 9 months from that date" I sent the damn paper work in April of 2013.............WTF?????

That may be a "second pending" date (I hope so for your sake). I personally only got one pending date. You may want to contact your dealer and see if there's been any problems with your form 4.

Edit: After checking NFA tracker that looks to be the right vintage for a second pending.
