Finally getting settled in at the new place in SD.

First smoke in New vertical smoker. I've always done smokes with charcoal and wood offset. Looking forward to less tending and more beerlaxing.

NY strip steaks tonight! Hey, I'm single and they came in a Tupac, Shakur. Two-pack, fer sure... Get it? Geez, I crack myself up...
So, I just *had* to cook them both. What else was I gonna do?

Be that a SIG P365 with a 12-rd extended mag, much the same as this one?

You are correct sir. My usual edc is actually a vp9sk though I'm starting to carry the p365 more as weather gets warmer

Today's beer can chicken for me.
My chicken rub:
Onion and garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, seasoning salt, kosher salt, allspice, oregano, cumin, chilli powder, paprika, and a bit of ginger. All to taste.

Half a can of pbr up it's bubblegum and indirect heat until done. Occasionally throw some hickory chips on the coals. Serve with corn bread, baked beans and cucumber salad.

The SIG P365 (summer EDC) was on the desk in my home office at the other end of the house. I didn't feel like hobbling all the way there and back for it.

My SIG P320 w/WML (winter EDC and nightstand gun) was on the coffee table in the living room. Half the distance to the 365, but still didn't feel like hobbling over and back to get it.

My SIG 1911 C3 in stainless (kitchen gun) was in the drawer right behind me where the pic was took. Felt it was close enough that I could leave it in the drawer...

Jeez, i see you got 99 problems but a Sig ain't one..

Been eating like a king lately, Beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce.
Has me looking like Cypher eating his first steak out of the matrix.

and every now and then the pre seasoned tri-tip roast (or steak?) from costco are amazingly buttery. Pretty cheap as well.

I had some Q'd lamb a few weekends ago at my buddies neighbors house it was pretty damn good. I too usually don't eat lamb too often.
But i think i need to try it at home soon.

Last night simple shredded chicken in the instapot. Not glamorous but good and easy and cheap. I think its 1.3lb of boneless skinless chicken breast, seasoned well with Webber "kicken chicken" seasoning and then a cup of Herados or Herdez green salsa guac.
Cook for 20mins and its done. Just shred it with forks.
Like sobo i tried a bit of OJ in the green sauce this time because i only had about 3/4 cup it didn't hurt, but couldn't really notice either.

Ahhh, yes, the 365 is also my summer EDC. It's as light as feather and fits perfectly in my board shorts, without printing!

My 320 in .40S&W is more of a fall/winter carry piece for me. Conceals better under the fall jackets and heavier winter coats.

4 ears of roasted (smoked) garlic and some costco salad with the roasted garlic on it and some gorgonzola.
Couldn't fit it all on one plate. These costco salads are yummy! The spinach and boiled egg with cherries or cranberries, bacon and poppyseed dressing.

Ill make some pizza's later with the garlic and cheeses.

Don't these idiots know where fertilizer comes from? I mean natural fert. Not the synthesized nitrates.
(Side rant: ban all oil=ban all hip implants! They know we still need oil for machinery right? Apparently not..) These idiots want to ban common sense.
