My wife and I just joined tonight. I have been a member in the past but let it lapse. I also posted the link to the signup page on Facebook. Let's hope others sense the urgency of the situation and help make the NRA stronger than it's ever been.

I also understand they they have a special offer going right now that if a Life Member sponsors you they will give you a life membership for $300. The normal rate is $1,000.

I think you have to call in to take advantage of this offer and I am not sure how long that it will last.

I have my membership renewal coming up and I'm seriously considering the $300 lifetime membership at this time for many reasons, problem is it always seems to come up when I'm low on funds.

Even though I do not agree with the NRA on everything, and I hate the metric ton of solicitations I get from them as it stands right now the NRA is the best defense against the Brady bunch and groups like them.

Joined on Jan. 3rd, didn't receive an email until the 7th. Nothing in the mail yet. I am sure they are swamped with new members.
I am hoping I get the BassProShops $25 soon so I will have it when they get ammo in.

I signed up on the 13th, received email right away, and haven't received anything yet, nor has $25.00 been deducted from my finances. I assume this will take awhile to receive any info. So this means we won't have our membership ID info until the physical card no?

I read that sense Sandy Hook the NRA has got 350,000 new memders. So they maybe running a little behind
