25 yards is a long ways without optics. An AR would be my first choice, but I don't have a pistol version. I think that I can still do it with my Ruger Redhawk 7.5", or maybe my Security Six 6". I wouldn't want to try it with any of my normal carry pistols without some practice first.

I am definitely going to give this a try next time out shooting. If you shot a little high, six inches would do for that head.
