What exactly is a "bump" How to

Posted some ammo in the classifieds didn't sell so I was given the option to bump. My understanding would be it relists your add on the front page. Am I correct? My second question is how
Do I do it? I'm using my I phone so it's not as easy to navigate as a pc. It says I can bump the add but won't let me click anything, nore does it say it in editing, I dropped the price! Just wanna sell some ammo!
