I will add to the tale of the runaway bonniville... what the picture doesn't show.. is my impeccable driving skill and quick thinking, I chose the tree to stop that tank. As I was coming in hot and complete brake failure. Headed for my friends house. And barely squoze it through and opening of lawn furniture and a riding lawn mower. Which made it more acceptable for my friend that I crashed into her tree LOL

Lesson of the day.....ALWAYS check the brake fluid when a car has been sitting awhile :D

I run about town on my lil yellow '64 Honda CT-200, (formerly a 90cc) now repowered with a 1980 C70 70cc motor.

I do have a 1927 T-bucket in my garage as my project car. Nope, I haven't picked up a motor for it yet, but Ive got my heart set on a Chrysler 440/automatic.

My spouse has a 2002 Ford Escort, it's boring but nice having a car with a roof (in this rainy state).

People can call me crazy, but when I look at that Vega all I see is "Style" man! I thought they were good looking back then.

When I was in high school '70-graduated spring '73, there was a neighbor kid that put a 327 in a Vega. The guy was quite an artist of mechanics at that point. It looked real good.
