I'm sure Roger would appreciate an email letting him know what's happened... and perhaps even a link to this thread.

It's a dreadful thing for a business owner to finally take some time off, only to find that his reputation is being damaged by the people he left in charge.

yea, thats bad for sure.

Owner may be willing to correct the issue, how ever the damage is now done. I, like a lot of potential customers, will look for other shops.

I am really saddened to see such shoddy work, it looks like it was done in a muffler shop!
I would simply have demanded a replacement rifle and parts but thats JMHO

The worst part is that Rodger has been victimized as well, doubtless he will lose alot of income over this. If I were in his shoes I would make a very public appology and a cash reimbursement for the Time and Trouble involved.

Finially; I have cut/crowned and installed two such MBs on my Mini's. Because I left the barrel leangth just over the legal limit I did not have to perminantly attach the MBs but the units are designed to take blind pins in any event.
A sad situation all the way round!
