What District is Goshen Oregon In?

Was rubbing my hands together thinking I would be able to sign Prozanskis recall petition but find out on the district map Goshen is cut out. Seems every recall started leaves me out

. Ive spent a little time looking at districts. Googling doesnt help. Anybody know? Thanks.....

All my letters about SB941 he ignored! I'd love to sign a recall petition on him just for not thinking answering gun owners concerns worthy of his time!

I guess the D after his title makes him feel immune. These guys are just too comfortable. They may get a surprise one Election day. They ticked off a lot of gun owners, we'll see how they vote.
