What "cover" for RMR?

Those of you who have been in this situation, shoot me some advice to help me get the right one.
My main concern is durability and protection. If I can tether the cover to the mount, that's also a BIG plus!!

I went with a strike industries steel railed guard that comes up the sides quite a bit for my mk IV . Mount is universal and works great $40 ? $50 tops

Hmm. I seen those. I never read into them, and thought they were a mount of sorts, and I moved on.
My RMR rests on the LT-827, so your suggestion may be far fetched, in my case.
I will look into them more though!!
