Enjoying some Monkey Shoulder neat now, and I bottled my 14% cyser with pilloncillo, it should be ready to drink in about a month, it has a little bit of a burn at the moment but it should smooth out fairly quick.

The wife got Caveman 2 bottles of CR Reserve and one bottle of CR XR for my early B-Day gift (Boy Howdy, that's some smoooooooth sippin whiskey).
I picked up the newest CR offering, the Bourbon Mash. For the cheap price this stuff is great for sippin & mixing, I see more of this in my future...:p:p:p

Had a partial bottle of my cider so that's what I'm enjoying tonight, it's pretty nice. Good apple flavor, nice honey notes, and a dry woody almost bourbon-y finish and at ~14% it's potent.

Doing the G&T tonight. Tanqueray, tonic and lime just works. :)

This past weekend the better half and I were at a casino resort and they made a very good Tom Collins and a decent Martini. What can I say, I like gin-based drinks. :s0112:

Why wait until tonight? Well, I'm drinking a 2018 vintage Nebilyer Valley from Papua New Guinea. What? Espresso. I roasted the beans on the Easter vigil and after allowing the flavors to come to fruition so to speak, I have ground them and filtered 185º water through them. Ahhhhhhh....
